Values-Led Training: Putting Your Values into Action

At Same Difference, I believe that a truly inclusive culture is created not just through intention, but through values in action. My Values-Led Training supports employees at all levels to live out the principles and behaviours that define their organisation, every day, in every interaction.

This training is designed to bridge the gap between policy and practice, helping organisations embed their core values at the heart of their culture. I work with individuals and teams to model consistent, inclusive behaviours that align with strategic goals and strengthen trust across the workforce.

Through interactive sessions, reflective activities, and practical frameworks, participants will:

  • Translate organisational values into observable, measurable behaviours

  • Explore where behaviours may currently fall short and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Challenge behaviours that hinder inclusion, fairness, or team cohesion

  • Commit to actionable changes that align personal and organisational values

As part of the process, I help organisations review and assess progress, ensuring that cultural change is not only initiated but sustained.

What to expect:

  • Initial Consultation to discuss your organisational values, culture, and training objectives.

  • Training Design to create a bespoke workshop or programme, shaped around your priorities, aligning behaviour with change.

  • Training which is delivered through engaging, interactive sessions, in person or online, with a focus on reflection, application, and real-world relevance.

  • Follow-up & Evaluation, recommendations and check-in points to help you review progress, assess behavioural change, and plan next steps. 

 

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Training​

My training is culturally sensitive, client-focused, and values-led. Designed with your organisation in mind, each session is interactive and grounded in real-world experience. We explore difference, challenge assumptions, and build respectful, psychologically safe environments where people feel empowered to speak, learn, and grow.

When psychological safety is prioritised, individuals and teams flourish and your organisation benefits from a culture that embraces difference, encourages innovation, and is resilient to change.

Workplace Mediation

Workplace conflict doesn’t have to result in tension, formal procedures or lost productivity. My confidential mediation service creates a safe, non-judgemental space for individuals to express concerns, rebuild trust, and move forward.

As a neutral facilitator, I support open communication, helping all parties reach a shared understanding and long-lasting resolution, before issues escalate further.

What to expect:

  • A voluntary, unbiased, and confidential process

  • Safe space for honest and respectful dialogue

  • Mediation Agreement Plans (MAPs) to support ongoing resolution

  • A compassionate, people-first approach to conflict
